LOYALIST COMMUNITY UPDATE – WINTER EDITION 2025/2026
As we wrap up another year at Loyalist, we’re pleased to share several exciting updates across the community. Your continued support and enthusiasm inspire everything we do, and we’re proud to keep you informed as we move into a busy and promising year ahead.

NEW TOWNHOME RELEASE COMING SOON
Interest in our next townhome release has been incredibly strong, and we are thrilled to share that we are targeting a Spring 2026 launch, with construction anticipated to begin later that year.
This new release will build on the current community vision showcased in previous newsletters, offering thoughtfully designed homes surrounded by the natural beauty and welcoming spirit Loyalist is known for. More details—including floorplans, pricing, and priority registration—will be shared as we get closer to launch.
PHASE 11: EXCITING MOMENTUM ON SITE
Phase 11 continues to make substantial progress. We were delighted to welcome our first homeowners last month, marking an important step toward completing this vibrant new area of the community.
Construction activity will continue through 2026, with an additional dig scheduled for summer 2026. We look forward to celebrating more homeowner move-ins as the phase takes shape.
CLUBHOUSE UPDATE: RE-ZONING APPROVED
In our previous newsletter, we shared that we were working closely with the municipality to secure the required approvals for the upcoming new clubhouse. We’re pleased to announce that re-zoning was officially approved last month—a significant milestone that moves this long-awaited project forward.
With re-zoning complete, the next steps are:
- Site Plan Approval
- Building permits
We hope to obtain both in 2026.
We will continue to keep you updated as we work our way through the remainder of the approval process!
COMMUNITY IMPACT: GOLF TOURNAMENT & CHARITY SUPPORT
Your support continues to make our Kaitlin for the Community Golf Charity Tournament an incredible success. As we look ahead to our 3rd Annual Tournament on June 4th, 2026, we’re proud to share that over the past two years we have raised more than $45,000 in net proceeds, all of which has been donated to a range of local charitable organizations.
These contributions have helped support important community programs—including breakfast initiatives for local students, food security efforts, healthcare foundations, and various family and youth support services—reflecting the generosity and spirit of the Loyalist community.
In addition to the tournament, Kaitlin Corporation remains a proud major sponsor of a Kingston Hospital Charity, with a $100,000 commitment over five years, and we are honoured to host this annual event at Loyalist as part of our ongoing dedication to giving back.

As we close out 2025, we’re encouraged by the strong momentum across the community—from new housing releases, to ongoing construction, to civic approvals, to meaningful charitable initiatives.
