Site Supervisors

Kaitlin Corporation is seeking experienced Site Supervisors for our new construction sites, located in Bowmanville, Ontario. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Site Superintendent with a GTA new home builder. Candidates must have experience in a high volume construction build, be detailed orientated with excellent organizational skills and have their own vehicle.

Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned candidate to join our Head Office team located in Stouffville, Ontario.  The Project Manager will manage our low-rise communities that are currently in the early stages of construction.  The successful individual will have 7+ years of experience with a GTA builder, overseeing high production projects including condominium townhomes and stacked townhome products. This position will report directly to our VP of Construction.

 

The seasoned Project Manager shall work with our construction teams, trades and consultants to ensure that project construction is executed in a timely and efficient manner.  The candidate is responsible for all aspects of project management including but not limited to:

 

  • start up, obtaining and review of working drawings (including HVAC and truss layouts)
  • assist with building permits, as required
  • develop scope of work
  • prepare tenders, budgets, estimates, preparation of contracts
  • manage trade issues
  • prepare and monitor construction schedules
  • liaise with Municipality, as required
  • site coordination and scheduling
  • technical audits and Bulletin 19 requirements
  • attend and conduct site trade meetings

 

The candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong administration, organization and management skills;
  • Thorough knowledge of the OBC, Tarion Warranty Corporation technical audits, Bulletin 19 requirements, and working drawings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Customer Care Coordinator

Kaitlin Corporation is currently looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our Bowmanville on site team. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ construction after sales service experience with a GTA new home builder.  You should have a good working knowledge of Tarion’s guidelines & procedures including the Construction Performance Guidelines, experience with PDIs as well as Newstar computer experience. Candidates must be team players, possess excellent verbal, written and organizational skills, proficient in MS Office and able to work in a fast paced environment.

New Homes Sales Administrator

Kaitlin Corporation is currently looking for a New Home Sales Administrator.  As an integral member of the Sales Team, your role will not be limited to just greeting guests and preparing sales documentation at our Bowmanville Sales Centre.  With your professionalism, integrity, and thorough knowledge of Kaitlin’s products, you will be able to answer any questions purchasers may have, as well as provide support and assistance to the Sales Team. You possess 2+ years of administrative experience and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Day to Day responsibilities:
-Answer telephones and email inquiries;
-Welcomes and greets all visitors to the sales centre;
-Prepare purchase agreements and relevant amendments
-Review all sales files for accuracy; return to sales representative for correction as required; final review and process of sales file to Head Office;
-Maintain and update weekly sales report;
-Enter data from contact cards into database
-Maintains & update other marketing and sales reports as required;
-Conduct inspections to ensure sales centre & models are always kept neat & clean, ensuring all decorated areas are also in order; report any concerns accordingly (weekly);
-Maintains filing system and inventory of office supplies;
-Assists in scheduling appointments for sales representatives;
-Promotes special programs/offers/promotions;
-Supports management and sales representatives with administrative and sales related tasks;

-As a representative to Kaitlin, you will project professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Who we’re looking for:

Education: High School Education (College diploma in office administration is an asset)

Experience: minimum of 2 years’ relevant office, real estate, or customer service experience related experience.

Specialized Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Microsoft Outlook (Word, Excel) and Outlook
Excellent listening oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of the Real Estate industry
