Customer Care Coordinator - Stouffville

Kaitlin Corporation is currently looking for a knowledgeable and experienced customer care coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ construction background experience with a new home builder, working knowledge of Tarion’s guidelines & procedures including the Construction Performance Guidelines and Newstar computer experience. Candidates must be team players, possess excellent verbal, written and organizational skills, proficient in MS Office and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Land Development/Architectural Assistant - Stouffville

Kaitlin Corporation is seeking a Land Development/Architectural Assistant for our head office located in Stouffville, Ontario.

The candidate will:

  • Work closely with our development consulting team on scope of work, design criteria, budget and schedule creation, project progress reporting, including communication with contractors/consultants, and contract administration.
  • Implement and maintain procedures and processes as it relates to forms, approvals, and submissions for all planning and development applications under the Planning Act.
  • Work through process of satisfying conditions for Draft Plan of Subdivision, Rezoning, Site Plan, and Draft Plan of Condominium applications, including discussions and meetings with agency staff at various levels of Government.
  • Update project schedules to ensure accurate timeliness in accordance with the project notifications.
  • Take part in the public consultation process; design, attend and help facilitate public information meetings that include residents of the community, project stakeholders, municipal officials and others.

 

The candidate should:

  • Have strong organizational, analytical, communication and time management skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be willing to travel and attend council or committee meeting outside regular work hours.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), Outlook and MS Project.
  • Have a University degree in land use planning, civil, architecture or similar.
  • Have proven ability to amend architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and SketchUp 3D modeling software programs.
  • Have an understanding of building components, construction methodologies and Ontario Building Code.

Site Administrator – Bowmanville, Ontario

Kaitlin Corporation current seeking a Site Administrator for our Bowmanville, Ontario projects. Candidates must have experience working with a GTA New Home Builder. Candidates must have good working knowledge of Newstar in the PO & Completion Modules. Must be detail orientated, have strong computer skills and good communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

New Homes Sales Administrator/Hostess – Bowmanville, Ontario

Kaitlin Corporation is currently looking for New Homes Sales Administrators to join our team.  As an integral member of the Sales Team, your role will not be limited to just greeting guests and preparing sales documentation at our Bowmanville Sales Centre. With your professionalism, integrity, and thorough knowledge of Kaitlin’s products, you will be able to answer any questions purchasers may have, as well as provide support and assistance to the Sales Team. You possess 2+ years of administrative experience and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones and email inquiries;
  • Welcomes and greets all visitors to the sales centre;
  • Prepare purchase agreements and relevant amendments
  • Review all sales files for accuracy; return to sales representative for correction as required; final review and process of sales file to Head Office;
  • Maintain and update weekly sales report;
  • Enter data from contact cards into database
  • Maintains & update other marketing and sales reports as required;
  • Conduct inspections to ensure sales centre & models are always kept neat & clean, ensuring all decorated areas are also in order; report any concerns accordingly (weekly);
  • Maintains filing system and inventory of office supplies;
  • Assists in scheduling appointments for sales representatives;
  • Promotes special programs/offers/promotions;
  • Supports management and sales representatives with administrative and sales related tasks;
  • As a representative to Kaitlin, you will project professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Will be required to work on weekends and evenings and go to different sites to show model/inventory homes
